You will basically need to complete either the guide 1 or 2 (client installation), and then the 3rd guide (client update to work with L2Dreams).

Updating your Lineage II Client to Epilogue
If you already have a Lineage II Client, you can simply update it to the latest version. It'll take less time than re-downloading the whole game.
First of all, you will have to locate your Lineage II Client. By default, Lineage II setup sets the path to C:\Program Files\Lineage II\ for 32bits OS and C:\Program Files (x86)\Lineage II\ for 64bits OS. It may also be located elsewhere if you have changed the path installation during the setup.
Once you've found your Lineage II Client folder, this is what you should see, more or less:
Do you see the Lineage II.exe? Run it. Good! You're now running the official launcher.
Your client should now automatically start updating to the latest version of Lineage II, Epilogue. In case the update somehow did not start automatically, just click the "Check Files" button on the bottom right of the launcher:
Now let the client update. It should take a few hours depending on your connection, the server load, and the amount of files that needs to be re-downloaded for your client to be up to date.
When the update has been completed, you are done with the installation of the official client. There's only one step left to play L2Dreams - Installing the L2Dreams Patch!

Downloading and Installing the Lineage II Epilogue Client
I heard you don't have any Lineage II Client? Cool story bro! We'll get you one. Knowing Luna is running on Epilogue you could have tried this, but since you got absolutely no time to waste and want to get online asap, we'll give you direct links ^_^
There is two hosts available to download the Lineage 2 Client with. Pick the one you want, it's same.
- Download Lineage II - Epilogue using Fileplanet.
- Download Lineage II - Epilogue using Gamershell.
Each of them has several mirrors to download the client - take one of these that are not heavily loaded to benefit of the highest possible speed. The download will take several hours. (file size is 4,968.5 MB)
The download finished? great! let's extract the files using WinRAR somewhere so we can start installing the client.

When you have the setup extracted in a folder somewhere, run the Setup.exe.

Keep clicking next, next, next, just like any installation software till you see the installation path. Read it. Remember it. Eventually copy it, you will need it later on during the Guide 3 to properly install the L2Dreams Patch.
When the setup has been completed, you are done with the installation of the official client. There's only one step left to play L2Dreams - Installing the L2Dreams Patch!

Updating your Client to work with L2Dreams
This is the last step before you can finally get online! We will walk you through the installation of our patch to your Lineage II Client, this step is pretty quick and easy.
Get the latest available L2Dreams Patch available:
- Download L2Dreams 2.8 Release Patch.
Patch size is lower than 20mb, the download should be very quick. When you have it, run it.
Make sure the patch path installation points to the main folder path of your Lineage II Client. When that's done, click Install! If it asks you to replace files, it's all good - press "yes to all".
